📋 How to Use

1. Locate the Shenzhu DU-12 acupoints on the upper back, behind the lungs (refer to the diagram on the back of the package).
2. Clean and dry these areas of the back thoroughly.
3. Peel off the patch backing paper and apply patches to the skin areas shown in the diagram.
4. Wear for up to 8 hours — may be worn during the day or overnight during sleep.
5. Avoid applying lotion or cream to the same area — it may reduce absorption.
6. Remove and discard patches after 8 hours.
